2022年北京晚婚假三天。国家法定婚假为一至三天。职工本人结婚时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚假，在批准的婚丧假和路程假期间，职工的工资照发。途中的车船费等，由职工自理，公民晚婚晚育，可以获得延长婚假、生育假的奖励或者其他福利待遇。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条
劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
第四十六条
工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。
工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
请婚假流程是什么
1、公民带上本人结婚证原件，复印件到单位准备；
2、按照单位制度要求填写婚假申请表；
3、填写申请交主管，经理等相关领导签名；
4、上交婚假申请表，结婚证原件，复印件到人事部门核验；
5、人事部门签字确认享受婚假，国家法定婚假为3天，各地方因政策差异可能高于国家规定，但不得低于国家的规定，婚假应当一次性休完从单位批准请假后开始计算婚假。
