释义	如果案件由外地的公安机关立案，犯罪嫌疑人被抓住后在本地讯问的，只是按程序进行初次讯问，之后仍会被办案机关带回外地的看守所关押，并由外地公安机关负责进一步侦查。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十三条公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，应当通知被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关，被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关应当予以配合。
