释义	法律分析: 犯罪嫌疑人逃亡到外地的就需要跨省抓人。异地抓逮必须通知当地公安机关。法律依据: 《公安机关程序规定》第三百零九条对异地公安机关提出协助调查、执行强制措施等协作请求，只要法律手续完备，协作地公安机关就应当及时无条件予以配合，不得收取任何形式的费用。第三百一十条县级以上公安机关办理刑事案件需要异地公安机关协作的，应当制作办案协作函件。负责协作的县级以上公安机关接到异地公安机关请求协作的函件后，应当指定主管业务部门办理。
