不可以,劳动合同的签订是不可以附生效条件的,用人单位与员工签订书面劳动合同是其不得以任何方式、任何理由推卸的法定义务。并且,劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致,并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条 劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致,并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。
