释义	商事代理：代理商依据被代理人的委托，以自己的名义或以委托人的名义为委托人卖或买或提供服务，并从中获取报酬的经营活动。商事代理主要适用于：1.代理各种商事行为。例如，代理买卖、租赁、借贷、承揽、运输等；2.代理某种服务行为。例如，为法人的成立、变更、撤销代理进行登记，代替办理专利申请、商标注册，代替缴纳税金、专利维持费、商标注册费，代买让券、债券、代理保险等。法律依据《民法典》第一百六十三条
