释义	借条和欠条都具有法律效力。但是它们属于不同的法律关系。借条对应的法律关系是借贷关系，就是一方借钱给另一方；欠条对应的法律关系比较多，可以是欠货款、分红、投资款等各种情况，总的来说是一方拖欠另一方债务。两者完全不同性质。二者的诉讼时效也不同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十五条借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还;贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
