释义	法律分析: 当事人可以写借条也可以写欠条，具体由其自行决定。借条是借个人或公家的现金或物品时写给对方的凭证，欠条则是个人或单位在欠款、欠物时写给有关单位或个人的凭证性应用文书，当事人签订借条或者欠条的时候，都应当注意内容不得违反法律规定，不得违背公序良俗等。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
