释义	法律分析：婚假不算事假。婚假属于法定假，在法定天数内不能算事假，超过算事假，除非单位延长了假期或者另行有其他规定。事假就是不包含病假，公出之外的所有假期。婚假是不能扣工资的，病假和事假要根据与用人单位签订的劳动合同而定。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十一条劳动者依法享受年休假、探亲假、婚假、丧假期间，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。
