释义	法律分析：编制外合同工，就是没有被列入国家机关、事业单位或者工勤编制的工作人员，他们签订劳动合同，作为机关事业单位的受雇人员，协助做一些辅助性的工作。如果单位一直聘用的话，也是可以干到退休的，这要根据双方的意愿决定，法律并没有硬性规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行“同工同酬”。同工同酬是指用人单位对于技术和劳动熟练程度相同的劳动者在从事同种工作时，不分性别、年龄、民族、区域等差别，只要提供相同的劳动量，就获得相同的劳动报酬。
