释义	法律分析：不会。目前在我国嫖娼行为属于一种违法行为，还不是犯罪行为，所以没有嫖娼罪这一说。也就是说对卖淫嫖娼行为只能依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》予以拘留罚款，并没有刑法判处。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五班以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款; 情节较轻的，处伍日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处伍以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
