释义	法律分析：可以单独申请破产。依照《中华人民共和国破产法(试行)》和《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的规定，具有独立法人资格的企业因经营不善严重亏损，不能偿还到期债务的，可以向人民法院申请破产；作为债务人的企业法人，不能偿还到期债务时，其债权人也可以申请该债务人破产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定进行重整。同时满足以上两个条件才可申请企业破产。
