释义	破产企业档案谁管该收费吗不需要收取破产企业档案费用。自从2014年10月，中央发布《国务院关于取消和调整一批行政审批项目等事项的决定》后，各地已陆续取消了一些市民办事行政费用。从2015年起，人事档案费、居民大病医保等一些行政收费也进行取消。所以破产企业职工的人事档案，是不用交档案管理费的。企业破产过程中形成的文件材料按附录规定归档范围分别存入破产企业和破产企业执行部门档案之中。此外，破产企业在清产核资、资产评估后应在企业预留金中划出一定经费用于破产企业档案的鉴定、整理、保管工作。
