释义	传播一般的血腥视频是违法行为，不构成犯罪，如果被抓到，会被治安处罚。但是，如果明知是暴恐血腥视频并传播的话，则可能涉嫌非法持有宣扬恐怖主义物品罪。如果发现或收到暴恐音视频，请立即报警，对于那些别有用心在网上传播暴力恐怖音视频、传播极端宗教思想的违法犯罪行为，公安机关将予以严厉打击。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百二十条明知是宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义的图书、音频视频资料或者其他物品而非法持有，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金。
