释义	法律分析：我国法律没有父债子还这种规定，也就是子女没有义务给父母的债务承担清偿责任，除非子女继承了父母的遗产，那么同时是继承他的债务的，这时候就有义务返还了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的,应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意,债权人未作表示的,视为不同意。
