释义	法律分析：以物低债是银行在无法以货币资金收回贷款时，为降低信贷资产风险，而收回借款人相应实物资产以抵偿债务的行为。法律依据：《中国银行以物抵债管理办法》第二条：本办法所称以物抵债，是指债务人将事先抵押、质押给债权银行的财产或者其他非货币财产折价归银行（指中国银行，下同）所有，用以偿还银行债务。债务人不履行到期债务，银行作为抵押权人或质押权人依法拍卖或变卖抵、质押财产，并以变现所得优先受偿的，不属于本办法所指以物抵债范围。
