股东借款转增资本公积金是要不要交税
释义
若是企业出资时多出的部分计入资本公积，用这个资本公积转增实收资本不用缴所得税;如果是股东以借款形式，投入到企业，如果企业筹集资金将钱还给股东,股东再拿钱来出资也不用缴税;但股东以借款形式投入到企业，借款转为资本公积，那么对企业来说，这是一种债务的豁免，要缴企业所得税。

《企业所得税法》第六条，企业以货币形式和非货币形式从各种来源取得的收入,为收入总额，其中包括接受捐赠收入。
