释义	法律分析: 当事人要转让债权债务的，可以与受让人签订相应的转让协议，只是需要注意债权转让需要及时通知债务人，债务转让则需要取得债权人的同意。债权债务转让的，其从权利和从债务都会一并随之转让。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
