释义	1、审理期限92，是指这个案件的实际审理天数是92天，只要在92天之内审结，就不算超期。 2、法院审理期限是指某一案件从受理到做出裁判的法定期间。一般情况下，适用简易程序审理的第一审民事案件和适用普通程序审理的第一审刑事案件，期限均为3个月。 3、为什么会出现92天的情况呢？是因为月份有大有小，如2月份只有28天，而12月份却有31天。如果某一个案件正好处于两个大月和一个小月，就是说两个31天，加上一个30天，审理期限就是92天了。
