释义	法律分析：债权人撤销权的行使必须依法定程序进行，即债权人必须向法院就撤销权的行使提起诉讼，请求法院撤销债务人的不当处分财产的行为。只有法院作出了撤销债务人行为的判决，才能发生撤销的效果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十八条因债务人放弃其到期债权或者无偿转让财产，对债权人造成损害时，债权人可以请求人民法院撤销债务人的行为。债务人以明显不合理的低价转让财产，对债权人造成损害，并且受让人知道该情形的，债权人也可以请求人民法院撤销债务人的行为。
