释义	要看借条是否有约定还款时间。1、如果没有写明还款时间，诉讼时效是从出借人要求还款之日起算三年。2、借条上写明还款时间的，则从还款期限届满之日起算三年。3、借条上没有写明还款日期，债权人可以随时要求债务人还款，债务人也可以随时向债权人还款。4、借条属于债务纠纷，只要债权人有证据表明在诉讼时效期间内主张过权利，诉讼时效便重新计算，但是诉讼时效最长不超过20年。法律依据《民法典》第一百八十八条《最高人民法院关于审理民事案件适用诉讼时效制度若干问题的规定》第五条、第六条
