释义	法律分析：偷渡被遣返回国后，不会被关进监狱的。偷渡一般属于违反社会治安管理规定的行为，不认为是犯罪。我国严厉会严厉打击组织偷渡的人员。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十一条协助组织或者运送他人偷越国（边）境的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，并处1000元以上5000元以下罚款。第六十二条为偷越国（边）境人员提供条件的，处5日以上10日以下拘留，并处500元以上2000元以下罚款。偷越国（边）境的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
