释义	年满16周岁且领取本人身份证的未成年人可以在酒店开房登机并取得钥匙或房卡；不满16周岁（未取得本人身份证）的未成年人拿他人的身份证也可以在酒店开房登记预约；但不能获得订房的钥匙或房卡，需身份证本人出面才能取得钥匙或房卡。法律依据：《旅馆业治安管理办法》第六条旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记。登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。
