释义	(一)在申请设立商业企业的同时申请开设店铺的，应符合城市发展及城市商业发展的有关规定(二)已批准设立的外商投资商业企业申请增设店铺的，除符合第(一)项要求外，还应符合以下条件：1、按时参加外商投资企业联合年检并年检合格；2、企业的注册资本全部缴清。《外商投资商业领域管理办法》第一条：为进一步扩大对外开放，完善市场流通体系的建设；根据《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法》、《中华人民共和国中外合作经营企业法》、《中华人民共和国外资企业法》及《公司法》等法律、行政法规，制定本办法。
