2021年山东新高考加分规定 |
| 释义 |
法律分析：
1.烈士子女，可在其统考成绩总分的基础上增加20分投档，由高校审查决定是否录取。
2.自主就业的退役士兵，可在其统考成绩总分的基础上增加10分投档，由高校审查决定是否录取。
3.在服役期间荣立二等功以上或被战区（原大军区）以上单位授予荣誉称号的退役军人，可在其统考成绩总分的基础上增加20分投档，由高校审查决定是否录取。
4.归侨、华侨子女、归侨子女和台湾省籍（含台湾户籍）考生，可在其统考成绩总分的基础上增加10分投档，由高校审查决定是否录取。
说明：同一考生若符合上述多项增加分数要求投档条件的，只能取其中最高一项分值加分，不可重复计算。所有高考加分项目及分值均不得用于高校不安排分省招生计划的艺术类专业、高水平艺术团、高水平运动队、高校专项计划等招生项目。

《中华人民共和国考试法》 第六条 国务院和县级以上地方人民政府应当合理配置教育资源，促进义务教育均衡发展，改善薄弱学校的办学条件，并采取措施，保障农村地区、民族地区实施义务教育，保障家庭经济困难的和残疾的适龄儿童、少年接受义务教育。 国家组织和鼓励经济发达地区支援经济欠发达地区实施义务教育。
