释义	法律分析：所谓“家庭冷暴力”，是指夫妻双方产生矛盾时，漠不关心对方，将语言交流降到最低限度，停止或敷衍性生活，懒于做一切家务工作等非正式暴力行为。家庭冷暴力实际上是一种精神虐待。这种方式产生的巨大心理压力会使对方接近崩溃，同时伴随着的是婚姻的隔阂与不信任，最终导致婚姻的结束。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
