释义	不论分居多久，婚姻关系都不会自动解除。离婚有两种方式：一、双方协商一致，签署离婚协议后到民政局办理离婚手续；二、双方无法协商一致，可以起诉到法院要求离婚。只有通过这两种方式可以离婚。法条根据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十九条夫妻一方要求离婚的，可以由有关组织进行调解或者直接向人民法院提起离婚诉讼。人民法院审理离婚案件，应当进行调解；如果感情确已破裂，调解无效的，应当准予离婚。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
