上高速需要驾照吗

法律主观：
刚拿驾照想要上高速公路的，必须由持相应或者更高车型驾驶证3年以上的驾驶人陪同，陪同人员应当在副驾位置给予驾驶人进行指导。所以刚拿到驾照在一年的实习期内不能独自上高速。在实习期内驾驶机动车的，应当在车身后部粘贴或者悬挂统一样式的实习标志。

《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十六条
机动车驾驶人初次取得汽车类准驾车型或者初次取得摩托车类准驾车型后的12个月为实习期。
