《龙岗区2019年义务教育阶段小学一年级学位申请指南》 第三条 有关加分项具体说明（所有加分项累计最高不超过10分）：
1.深圳户籍学生居住时间计算方法：提交房屋租赁凭证申请材料的是租赁凭证登记备案日期（如备案时间早于起租时间，按照起租时间开始积分）；提交特殊住房申请材料且申请人户籍在所申请学区内的是学生家长户籍迁入该学区的日期；房屋租赁信息不予加分。
2.非深圳户籍学生社保加分计算方法：按申请学生的父母或法定监护人在深圳市缴纳社保（养老险累计缴费月数和医疗险连续缴费月数中，时间长的险种月数）的时间来计算加分，在已缴纳一年的基础上每增加一个月加0.05分。计算方法：社保计算时间截止2019年4月1日，总月数减去12个月后，每个月加0.05分。如果父母或法定监护人双方均提供社保，不累计双方，只计算填写的一方。
