写借条按手印有效吗怎么写

当事人签订借条的时候按手印是有效的，借条中一般需要写明借款人与出借人的法定全名，写明借款的具体数额，还款的方式和期限，借款的利率，违约责任的承担方式等内容。当事人在借条上无论是按手印还是签字盖章，效力都是一样的。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条
借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
