释义	法律分析：法人章,就是公司法人的个人私章,但必须经过备案,也只有法人企业才有,也就是大家常说的法人个人印鉴，特点是个人性,他一般都保管在公司的财务手中，对外具有一定的法律效力,可以签订合同、出示委托书等。因为委托只有法人才有资格。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第十一条需要更换印章的，须公告声明原印章作废后按照本办法第七条、第八条规定重新办理备案或准刻手续。印章遗失、被抢、被盗的，应当向备案或批准刻制的公安机关报告，并采取公告形式声明作废后，按照前款规定重新办理备案或准刻手续
