怎么应对专利无效纠纷

法律分析:
应对专利无效纠纷的方式是若已经被认定无效的，当事人不服无效决定的，可以自收到通知之日起三个月内向人民法院起诉。若尚未做出无效决定的，当事人可以收集相关证据，推翻无效主张，经专利行政部门认可的，就不会被认定无效。《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十五条
自国务院专利行政部门公告授予专利权之日起，任何单位或者个人认为该专利权的授予不符合本法有关规定的，可以请求国务院专利行政部门宣告该专利权无效。
