释义	饮酒含量每百毫升小于20毫克不算酒驾，不会进行处罚。但是只要饮酒就不建议开车，饮酒后，人的触觉能力、判断能力和操作能力会降低，也可能产生视觉障碍以及疲劳的感觉，因此只要饮酒就不建议驾车。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十一条 (1)、饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处暂扣一个月以上三个月以下机动车驾驶证，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款(2)、醉酒后驾驶机动车的，由公安机关交通管理部门约束至酒醒，处十五日以下拘留和暂扣三个月以上六个月以下机动车驾驶证，并处五百元以上二千元以下罚款。
