释义	法律分析：是指违反国家专利法规，假冒他人专利，情节严重的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第六十八条假冒他人专利的，除依法承担民事责任外，由管理专利工作的部门责令改正并予公告，没收违法所得，可以并处违法所得三倍以下的罚款，没有违法所得的，可以处五万元以下的罚款;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
