释义	法律分析：嫖娼抓到要拘留十日以上十五日以下，情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留。法律依据：《治安管理处罚法》第二十二条违反治安管理行为在六个月内没有被公安机关发现的，不再处罚。前款规定的期限，从违反治安管理行为发生之日起计算；违反治安管理行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
