释义	代书遗嘱一个见证人是无效的。代书遗嘱应当有两个以上的见证人在场见证，其中一人应当代书，注明年、月、日，并由见证人和遗嘱人签字。因此，如果代书遗嘱缺乏上述任何要求，则为无效遗嘱。下列人员不得作为遗嘱见证人： 1、没有民事行为能力的人限制民事行为能力的人； 2、继承人和受遗赠人； 3、与继承人和受遗赠人有利害关系的人。如果证人属于上述三种身份，代表遗嘱也应视为无效。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。
