无意传播艾滋病犯法吗

法律分析：根据《艾滋病防治条例》第六十二条规定，艾滋病病毒感染者或者艾滋病病人故意传播艾滋病的，依法承担民事赔偿责任;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。艾滋病传给他人会受到法律责任，对无意传播艾滋病的行为应酌情处理。
