释义	法律分析：合同欺诈是以订立合同为手段，以非法占有为目的，用虚构事实或隐瞒真相的欺骗方法骗取公私财物的行为。合同欺诈的行为表现为合同当事人一方为了获取非法利益，故意捏造虚假情况，或歪曲、掩盖真实情况，使相对人陷入错误认识，并因此作出不合真意的意思表示，订立、履行合同的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
