释义	《中华人民共和国证券法》第二百二十三条证券服务机构未勤勉尽责，所制作、出具的文件有虚假记载、误导性陈述或者重大遗漏的，责令改正，没收业务收入，暂停或者撤销证券服务业务许可，并处以业务收入一倍以上五倍以下的罚款。对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员给予警告，撤销证券从业资格，并处以三万元以上十万元以下的罚款。
