释义	法律分析: 违反规定使用专用车道的，不按规定车道行驶的一般是处以20元～200元以下罚款。但有些城市关于公交车道是有特殊规定的，例如北京和深圳等罚款同时会扣3分。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十七条道路划设专用车道的，在专用车道内，只准许规定的车辆通行，其他车辆不得进入专用车道内行驶。第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者20元以上200元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
