这一般要根据“有利于子女健康成长”的原则来决定。
一、两周岁以下的子女，一般会判给女方。除非母方有下列情形：
1、母方患有久治不愈的传染性疾病或其他严重疾病(如癌症)，子女不宜与其共同生活；
2、母方有抚养条件不尽抚养义务(指对子女有遗弃、虐待行为)，而父方要求子女随其生活；
3、因其他原因，子女确无法随母方生活的。
二、两周岁以上的子女，会优先考虑条件较好的一方抚养孩子。
三、两周岁以上未成年的子女，父方和母方均要求随其生活，主要考虑：经济状况、个人素质、生活环境、对子女的责任感、以及与子女的感情亲密程度等。
四、八周岁以上的未成年子女随父随母生活发生争议的，应考虑子女本人的意见。
五、父母双方可协议轮流抚养子女，这个会根据双方自愿达成的抚养协议，或者在法院的参与下达成抚养协议。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零八十四条 离婚后，不满两周岁的子女，以由母亲直接抚养为原则。已满两周岁的子女，父母双方对抚养问题协议不成的，由人民法院根据双方的具体情况，按照最有利于未成年子女的原则判决。子女已满八周岁的，应当尊重其真实意愿。
