释义	法律分析：有区别。债务转移又称为债务承担，是指合同的债权人、债务人与第三人之间达成协议将合同债务转移给第三人承担。债务转移必须三方就债务转移达成了一致的意思表示。债权转让就是债权人将自己的债权转让给别人，债务移转就是债务人将自己的债务转移给别人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十五条债权人免除债务人部分或者全部债务的，债权债务部分或者全部终止，但是债务人在合理期限内拒绝的除外。
