释义	法律分析：父母有过错子女不可以不赡养，因为赡养老人是一种应尽的义务，也是一种法律责任，是不可以放弃的。如果不履行这种义务，是会构成违法的。但是如果子女由重大疾病导致没有自主生活的能力，无法尽赡养义务的，是不会构成违法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
