释义	法律分析：现在进厂全部都要自己提供户籍地派出所出具的“无违法犯罪记录证明”。所谓案底，就是犯罪前科，电子厂没法查，也没有权限查，但是他可能会委托当地派出所帮忙查询。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第二百七十五条规定：犯罪的时候不满十八周岁，被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的，应当对相关犯罪记录予以封存。公安机关、人民检察院、人民法院、司法行政机关应当对犯罪记录进行封存，非有法定事由，不得向任何机关、单位和个人提供。
