约定固定收益的合作协议的法律性质 -法律知识

法律分析：
股东内部约定固定收益的协议，只要符合合同生效的要件就有法律效力，但对外无法对抗第三人。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百零二条 依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
