释义	双休日不算节假日，是属于公休日。公休假日又称“公休日”。指法律规定或者依法订立的协议规定的每工作一定时间必须休息的时间。由于我国规定职工每周工作时间不得高于44小时，因此一般用人单位实行每周休息两日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条规定：国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十八条规定：用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。
