释义	法律分析：受害人报案后，公安机关立案并对犯罪嫌疑人做了笔录，受害人撤销报案，公安机关原来所做的笔录不能申请消除。但是，在一定年限之后，有的地方规定两年，也有规定五年的，当事人没有重新犯罪的，原来的笔录就会被清理销毁。根据我国法律规定，没有经过人民法院判决，对任何不得确定有罪，在案件侦破前，任何人都可能成为嫌疑人，包括侦查员本人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百七十五条犯罪的时候不满十八周岁，被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的，应当对相关犯罪记录予以封存。
