问题	开空头支票的后果
释义	《票据管理实施办法》第三十一条“签发空头支票或者签发与其预留的签章不符的支票，不以骗取财物为目的的，由中国人民银行处以票面金额5%但不低于1000元的罚款”的规定；《通知》明确空头支票的罚款，由出票人在规定期限内到指定的罚款代收机构主动缴纳，逾期不缴纳的，人民银行及其分支机构可采取每日按罚款数额的3%加处罚款、要求银行停止其签发支票、申请人民法院强制执行等措施。
