释义	法律分析：犯罪嫌疑人逃亡到外地的就需要跨省抓人。异地抓逮必须通知当地公安机关。外地警察费精力过来抓人，被抓的人一般都与刑事案件有关系，涉及刑事违法案件应该说是严重的。因为一般的违反《治安管理处罚法》的行为的案值比较低的案件，警察不值得如此兴师动众，只有当案值高或者涉及到刑事犯罪的案件，警察才有可能外出办案，抓人。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第八十三条公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，应当通知被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关，被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关应当予以配合。
