释义	商品房降价不可以解除合同，房子降价并不属于可以解除合同的法定情形。除非合同有特殊约定，否则如果因为单方面解除合同的，买方是需要承担违约责任的。当然如果合同约定降价可以解除合同的，则降价时就可以解除合同。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
