释义	法律分析：各市、县征地补偿标准，由人民政府统一制订，并根据国家规定和各地经济发展状况，每两年调整一次。各市人民政府应根据本地经济发展水平和实际情况，制订被征收土地上的房屋、其他附着物及青苗补偿标准，报省国土资源厅备案后执行，每两年调整一次。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第四十七条征收土地的，按照被征收土地的原用途给予补偿；征收耕地的补偿费用包括土地补偿费、安置补助费以及地上附着物和青苗的补偿费；其中，被征收土地上的附着物和青苗的补偿标准，由省、自治区、直辖市规定。
